How it ALL started
2020 was the year, I discovered good/bad habits. Being isolated in the house through the thick of the pandemic. I gained between 25-30 pounds and as a black 5'1 female the doctors would title it as "OVER WEIGHT". Until one day, I came to the realization if I want to live long and become my own "BODY GOALS". I have to START putting me first. I was scared to start working out... I had ALL of these thoughts entering my mind. Until, I was reminded of a scripture that says, "I can do ALL things through him that strengthens me. It was that day I faced my fears and STARTED this fitness journey. Less than 12 months, I went from 180 to 136. I'm excited to now have a platform to encourage the next person that they CAN DO IT too!
